Right of withdrawal
Withdraw from your contract
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in this shop within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below — it is the statutory withdrawal notice. We send a confirmation immediately, including the content of your notice and the time we received it.
You may open, inspect and test the goods just as you would in a shop. Opening the packaging or trying the product does not take away your right to withdraw.
Please note: our canvases are made to order to your chosen size, so most items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You may still submit this notice — we will always tell you where you stand, and we handle faulty or damaged goods under our returns policy regardless.
Withdrawal notice received
We have received your withdrawal notice and sent a confirmation to your email address. Where the statutory right applies, we refund within 14 days of receiving this notice; we may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
