Order handling
Orders move to production after payment confirmation. Because canvas products are made to order, the handling window includes file preparation, print production, assembly, and packing.
Production and dispatch
For made-to-order products fulfilled through Printify partners, most orders are typically shipped within 2 to 7 business days after the order is submitted. The delivery estimate shown at checkout remains the operative estimate for the selected destination and partner route.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipment or replacement costs may apply.
Customs and taxes
VAT treatment, customs handling, and import charges depend on the destination country and the exact production route used for the order. Any mandatory charges shown by the payment or shipping flow form part of the final order total.
