Returns and replacements

Made-to-order products are handled differently from stocked retail goods.

Change-of-mind returns

Because each canvas is produced after the order is placed, OpticWalls does not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind decisions, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference after production begins.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved listing, contact support promptly with the order details and clear photos of the issue. Verified production defects are eligible for replacement or refund review, and in most cases photo evidence is sufficient without requiring the damaged item to be shipped back.

Claim window

Damage and defect claims should be reported within 30 days of delivery so the fulfillment partner can evaluate the case while shipping evidence is still current.

Send the order reference, delivery name, and supporting photos through the support link on the contact page or to info [at] opticwalls.com. Replacement and refund decisions are made against the condition of the delivered item and the supporting evidence provided.
